‘I think mindfulness should be a top priority for everyone. Identifying what is is that stresses you out day to day and finding a constructive way to try and alleviate it, even if it’s the simplest thing. I’ve always found cooking quite relaxing as odd as it may sound. Especially cooking for other people. It’s an easy way of just putting everything else to the side if just for a moment to spend quality time with the people you care about.
