‘Uni has been a time of ups and downs for me and I feel that as a guy, because of the way that social groups are set up, at times it can hard to express my emotions in a safe way. As someone who started off as an introverted person, getting to grips with this new city and being away from my family has been hard sometimes but I’ve found that some of the deeper personal relationships that I’ve made through halls, my course, and the music that I make in my free time have helped me to find peace in the uncertainty of life as we are right now, as well as to express myself in ways that I couldn’t do before.’
