‘Accepting yourself for who you are and realising that you are more than enough is so important for your happiness and wellbeing.

I’ve have spent far too much time comparing myself to others, trying to be as slimmer, wishing I had bigger boobs. I thought that this would make me more attractive, more likeable and happier, but all I was doing is placing my self worth in the hands of others.

Realising how insignificant these things means you can focus your energy on things that will truly make you happy. I have found happiness in exercising when I feel like it, eating what my body needs and reminding myself not to sweat the small stuff and be grateful for all the positivity, love and friendships I have in my life.’
