‘There’s a huge tendency to put too much pressure on yourself at uni and by doing so, you punish yourself by not accepting your own worth. I need to remind myself that doing my best is more than enough.

So, I think it’s important to spend time on the things that give you a healthy body and a healthy mind.

I openly admit that I don’t like going to the gym but I love to dance as a way to keep happy. Dance is important to me because it shows me that there’s more to life than academic achievement. Never forget to dedicate time on the things you love!’
