Hi! My name is Molly and I am a final year History student at the University of Bristol.
I have created this blog with the intention of re-defining what in modern day society is regarded as ‘healthy’ and what it means to live a ‘healthy lifestyle’.
This project is very exciting for me as I aim to capture the lives of all my friends and family and what they regard as a healthy approach to life/food/mental health/stress/putting pressure on yourself to achieve.
I hope to show through this that the meaning of health to each individual varies and that as a collective we should be facilitating and appreciating wellbeing as we all deserve happiness!!
Seeing a snippet how other people treat themselves and deal with similar issues is always insightful and could alter your perspective.
I want this blog to be a platform for any writers, myself including who wish to speak about body image, positivity, life hacks, what makes them happy and most importantly, what it means for them to be healthy.
Following my own personal issues with eating when I was 15, I have grown to love balance and moderation. I want to be kinder to myself, practice yoga, eat what I want when I want and to make the most of LIFE.
